Process for green lighting a new plugin on the portal.

From wireframes to dev handover

We realized that a close collaboration works well between the plugin teams and us, as we can provide help and feedback to ensure a consistent experience across the portal as a whole. Therefore we have a set of check-ins with with plugin teams.

Bi-Weekly Check-In General update from both sides to keep an overview

Milestone Check-Ins Milestone check-ins: Milestones shall be reviewed, in order to provide consistency and to be able to address design issues/questions early on

• Final result before handover
